Part I. General provisions
- 1. Data Administrator
- The administrator of your personal data is ICG WORLD Sp.o.o., which manages a group of companies, including the Dream Team IT, with a registered office in Krakow 30-504 at 69/9 Kalvaryska str, Poland. Further in the Privacy Policy, we write about ourselves in the first person or call ourselves “Administrator” or “We”.

If you notice any of the following capitalized terms further down in our Privacy Policy, it has the following meaning:
- “Service” means the website
- “Policy” means this document, i.e., the Privacy Policy you are reading;
- “GDPR” – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95. /46/EC. - “Social Media” – social media sites Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and other social media sites where we have our profiles.

- We process all personal data that you provide on the Website or that we collect about you when you use the Website as Administrator, in accordance with the GDPR.
- We take technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent unauthorized access to this data.
- We would like to point out that threats related to the use of the Website include: malicious software, spyware, information phishing by impersonating trusted persons (so-called phishing), hacking activities aimed at breaking into IT systems.
- 4. Your rights with regard to personal data
- We only process your personal data that you voluntarily provide to us.
- You can request the deletion of your personal data if permitted by the GDPR, you have the right to restrict processing to the extent specified in the GDPR.

- If you provide us with your personal data or we collect it ourselves, you can exercise your right to object. You have the right to object in two situations in which we process your personal data:
1) for direct marketing purposes when we send you information materials, you do not have to justify such an objection;
2) on the basis of our other legitimate interests; such an objection must be justified by your specific situation. Tell us why we should not process your data.

Part II. Information related to the processing, collection, transfer and storage of your personal data
- 6. Information related to the collection and processing of your personal data
- We collect and process your personal data from the following situations:
1) When you visit the website
2) When you fill out a contact form on the website
3) When you visit our social networks
- What data we collect and process:
1) Your first and last name;
2) Email address and contact details;
3) Nationality, citizenship, country of residence;
4) Technical information including IP address, location, time of visit, what services the customer is interested in;
- We use this personal information to:
1) Create and manage your client file;
2) Providing the services we provide to you, based on the rules of the Site.
3) Marketing consisting of:
- sending you email newsletters and other marketing information by analyzing what content you are interested in and what you read most often; on this basis, we may also tailor our communications to your interests;
- tailoring the Site, its content, products, services, features and communications with you to your interests, which we determine based on your behavior on the Site, interactions with emails or notifications sent to you, in apps, on social media, and, for example, your location, login details, the device you use;
- placing targeted advertisements on social media and other websites; these advertisements may be based on your activity on the Website.
If you consent to receive marketing messages to your e-mail address, the legal basis will also be Art. 10 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Act. Remember that you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to do so, please contact us.

- How long we will process your data for.
1) The duration depends on the legal obligations the fulfillment of which requires the processing of your data;
2) The duration depends on the legal interest in processing your data;
3) You have the right to withdraw your consent to the sending of communications to your e-mail address. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing.
4) Remember that you have the right to object to data processing on the basis of our legitimate interest, in the case of:
- if personal data is processed for marketing purposes – we will immediately stop such processing.
- if the basis for the processing is another type of interest – we will stop such processing unless we can demonstrate: that the said interest overrides your interests, rights and freedoms or the existence of a ground for establishing, asserting or defending claims.

Our safeguards for the security and confidentiality of your personal data are:
- Protection of Personal Information. We place the highest priority on the security of your personal information. All data you provide to us is processed in accordance with modern security standards.

- On the Website, we use cookies, i.e. small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Website and are primarily used to optimize website usage and to gather statistical data.

1) ensuring the proper operation of the Website, including maintaining your session,

7) ensuring the security and reliability of the Site.
- In the cases described in the paragraphs above, your personal data may be processed:
1) We process them on the basis of our legitimate interest, i.e. our legitimate interest is to market our products that you have viewed on our Website and to match the advertisements displayed to you with your previous activities on the Website, and to collect statistical data about how you use our Website in order to optimize its performance, including the location of content displayed to you and other users;
2) We have set out your rights relating to such processing in § 4 of the Policy;
3) Remember that you can contact us at any time and object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. You do not need to justify this objection;
4) We will share your personal data with operators of advertising networks, including social media sites;
5) We will retain them for the duration of our marketing activities or until you object to further processing of your data for marketing purposes; we will process data processed for the purpose of performing a contract for the time necessary to perform the contract and demonstrate that we have done so correctly, i.e. the time corresponding to the limitation periods for claims;
6) There may be situations in which your personal data processed for marketing and statistical purposes will be transferred to the United States on the basis of a decision of the European Commission of July 10, 2023, issued on the basis of a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) stating the adequate level of protection of personal data provided for in the EU-US data protection framework; you may at any time obtain a copy of your personal data that we transfer outside the European Economic Area. To do so, please contact us;
7) The provision of this personal data is voluntary and failure to provide it, for example by using appropriate blocking software, does not lead to any negative consequences; then you will not see advertisements for our products tailored to your activity on the Site, including the services you view. To the extent that the processing of data is necessary for the performance of the contract, the provision of data is voluntary, but failure to provide it may prevent us from fulfilling the contract.

There are several types of cookies on the Site:
- Session cookies, which remain in the memory of your web browser until you disable it.
- Constants, which remain in your web browser’s memory until you delete them.

- 12. Effect of changing your browser settings on your use of the Website

- In connection with the use of tools provided by organizations based in the United States, your data is transferred to the United States on the basis of a decision of the European Commission dated July 10, 2023, issued pursuant to a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU), declaring an adequate level of protection for personal data under the EU-US data protection framework.
